Even though I have some knowledge of Python and Julia, I primarily use R with RStudio on a regular basis. In the realm of R packages, I am particularly familiar with tidyverse (dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr) shiny, leaflet and tmap, for data manipulation and visualization. My expertise extends to statistical modeling and analysis, utilizing tidymodels, mgcv, gratia, lme4, nlme, FactoMineR, and MuMin. In the sphere of spatial data analysis and geospatial operations, I frequently employ sf, terra, raster, sp. Additionally, for time series and movement analysis, critical in ecological research, I am adept with zoo, moveHMM, aniMotum, amt, trip, adehabitatLT, adehabitatHR, crawl, argosfilter, EMbC, segclust2d, lsmnsd, GeoLight and moveVis.

I am committed to advancing ecological research and am actively seeking opportunities for collaborations or postdoctoral positions in 2025. My approach is interdisciplinary, and I welcome discussions that could benefit from my expertise. For inquiries related to potential collaborations do not hesitate to write me.

I am also on ResearchGateTwitter (X) and GitHub
